- ThinkPad 720 PCMCIA Drivers Diskette Version 1.12
-
-
- 1. TP 720 PCMCIA Drivers Diskette History:
-
- Version 1.00 - Release Level
-
- Version 1.10 - Fixes problems associated with the Power On Process
- of some PCMCIA I/O Cards, such as machine re-booting
- when some cards power on.
-
- Version 1.11 - Fixes Trap D error on OS/2.
- - Only $ICPMOS2.SYS is updated.
- - This version not implemented in US. Instead, the diskette
- version skips from 1.10 to 1.12.
-
- Version 1.12 - Fixes problem reading some cards CIS data due to
- access speed mismatch. For example, enables 720 to
- read Megahertz Modem CIS data through DOS Card
- Services so a Client Driver provided by Megahertz
- in the future should work with the TP720's DOS Card
- Services. (Currently, Megahertz modems are using
- point enablers and do not use Card Services, so this problem
- has not yet been seen in actual applications).
- - Includes Version 1.11 changes.
- - IBMDOSCS.SYS is updated.
- - As of 11 AUG 93, this version is only available in
- the US.
